- For registration you simply login to your Google account
- After you login, go to the URL https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/
- Click the button "ADD A PROPERTY"
- Popu up will appear, enter your url
- Verification methods will appear complete with a guide.
- Download the html file you need on link number 1 in pictures
- Upload the file to the root of your website (can use CPanel)
- Confirmation that the file you have uploaded by clicking link number 2
- Click the button and complete the verification.
For users of wordpress who are lazy wear Cpanel can use ALTERNATE METHODS and retrieve meta code that can be inserted into the <head> .... </head> from the theme with the help of SEO plugins such as YOAST, etc. If they don't know how, try googling "Yoast webmaster tools how to verify"
